Why Timberline Hollow

Vacation rentals, done the way the mountains deserve

True Seclusion

Every cabin sits on its own wooded lot — no shared walls, no packed-in resort rows. Just trees.

Hot Tub, Included

Most of our cabins come with a private hot tub, already filled and ready for your first night.

Bring the Whole Pack

A third of our properties welcome dogs — search 'Pet Friendly' and travel with your best hiking buddy.

Verified & Deep-Cleaned

Every stay is professionally cleaned and walked through by our local team before you arrive.

Life Outside the Cabin

Every stay puts you within reach of the wild

We choose properties for what's around them, not just what's inside them.

Trailhead Access

Every property is chosen within minutes of real trailheads — not just a view of the mountains, but a way onto them.

Fishing & Paddling

Creeks, lakes, and rivers are steps from your door at half our cabins, several with kayaks or a dock included.

Wildlife Watching

Elk, deer, black bear, and eagles are regular visitors near our Rocky Mountain and Cascade properties.

Fire Pit Evenings

Most cabins come with a fire pit and firewood — because the best part of the day starts after sunset.

Winter on the Slopes

Our Poconos and Rocky Mountain cabins put you close to ski resorts without the resort-town price tag.

We've stayed at three different Timberline Hollow cabins now and every single one has been spotless and exactly as pictured. The Whispering Pines hot tub at night, under that many stars, is worth the trip alone.

Cinder Ridge blew away every expectation. Woke up to elk grazing below the deck on our second morning. Booking process was easy and the owner responded within minutes when we had a question.

Fourteen of us, three generations, one lakefront cabin, zero arguments (okay, maybe one about the canoe). Birchwater has enough space and enough activities that everyone found their own corner.

Foggy Summit's porch view is the kind of thing you don't quite believe until you're standing on it with your coffee. We've already rebooked for leaf season.
